Pilates & Exercise Management

Pilates is a core focused exercise regime created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century. Incorporating floor based and equipment based exercises, Pilates is a conditioning program that can be particularly useful for rehabilitating specific injuries. Our Pilates instructors are equipped to establish a protocol for you based around your goals and and pain regions or injuries.

If you are thinking of making a Physiotherapy appointment or are currently being managed by our Physio’s, we also offer specific Exercise Management sessions. Many injuries or areas of pain benefit greatly from targeted exercise routines and consistency. As a patient sometimes it can be overwhelming to remember your exercises, make sure you are doing them properly, and keep track of repetitions. Our Exercise Management service is designed to make your Physio prescribed protocol as accessible as possible so that you feel comfortable and confident to do your exercises outside of the practice.
