Konrad has been the Head Physiotherapist for the Canberra Raiders NRL team for the past 11 years. Previous roles have included the Cronulla Sharks NRL team (2008-2013), both the men (2008) and women (2022) Tongan Rugby League teams and Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs junior rugby league teams (2005-2007).

Konrad originally completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) University of Sydney in 2004, followed by a Master of Health Science (Sports Physiotherapy) University of Sydney in 2008, Master of Science (Strength & Conditioning) Edith Cowan University in 2015 and Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine (Melbourne University) in 2019. Konrad is also an ESSA accredited Exercise and Sports Scientist.
